Returns are accepted on our special-order items for incorrect item received. Returns are also accepted on our special-order items in the event of shipping damaged that cannot be repaired. Our new surgical tables and all our items are shipped with insurance for full purchase price value on damage or loss. We have your back, So, buy with confidence! Warranty will cover all parts, shipping of parts, and technical support. - Request of returns for merchandise must be made within 14 days of date of delivery date.
- MedMash invoice number must be referenced when requesting authorization.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
- No returns on custom made special order products.
- Return shipment must be returned prepaid.
- Return Authorization number must be marked on all returned cartons.
- Returns accepted only on merchandise in original carton and in new and saleable condition.
- Credit will not be given for damaged merchandise.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of the date the authorization number is issued. Returns will not be credited past this date.
